Contract for Space at Ceramic Show

Washington County Fair Complex, 873 N.E. 34th Avenue, Hillsboro Oregon

March 18, 19 & 20, 2005

 

Booth Chairman:

Subject to the rules and regulations enclosed, we lease space at the place and on the dates indicated above.

The 2005 show rate for each space is $275.00. An additional $25.00 will be charged for corner booths (if requested).  Electricity is $25.00 per vendor if requested less then 48 hours prior to set up time. 

 

All draping must be of a material that is fireproof.  No flammable spray or material of objectionable odor is to be used in the building.

 

 

 

 

A deposit on each booth must be made with the contract to hold a booth for the show.  A 50% deposit is required if a specific booth is requested(booth preference to current occupant).  Contract must be returned to the booth Chairman, Dave Drews, 785 Main St., Aumsville, OR 97325, Phone (503) 749-2418.

Make checks payable to: Oregon Ceramic Association, Inc.  Balance due no later than February 15th, 2005.  All contracts are binding.  There will be no refunds. (Please print the information below)
